BROWNIES, TRIPLE CHOCOLATE

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounce butter

  • 6 ounce bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups superfine sugar
  • 2/3 cup All Purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup white chocolate, chopped
  • ¾ cup milk chocolate, chopped

Method:

Sift cocoa and flour and set aside. Place butter and bittersweet chocolate in saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth – cool; place eggs and sugar in mixing bowl and blend until light and creamy; add the cooled chocolate/butter mixture; add the cocoa/flour and blend; fold in white and milk chocolate and pour into square pan lined with paper on bottom; bake for 35 – 40 minutes or until set; allow to cool before slicing.

Cut into 16 small squares or 9 large squares.  Enjoy immediately!

To make these into large cookies, scoop using largest scoop (#8) and place them 2×2 on cookie sheet. Press to flatten scoop. Bake 25-30 minutes or until set.
