QUICK CREME FRAICHE
If we forget to make it or decide it might be a nice addition but no time to wait, we simply whip heavy cream and fold in sour cream to the desired taste. The whipped cream lightens up the sour cream and gives almost the same flavor of the creme fraiche.
1 pint sour cream
- 6 ounces heavy cream, whipped
Combine by folding in sour cream to whipped heavy cream mixing bowl; continue whipping till desired consistency. Chill until used.
