FLAVORS FOR FRYING
This all-purpose fry blend is one of our signature blends. It was inspired for our first Kids in the Kitchen class when we wanted to make a baked version of fried chicken fingers. Since then we have found many more uses for it and decided to package and share with everyone. It contains paprika, garlic, coriander, cayenne, onion, black pepper, oregano, thyme and mustard and can be used for chicken, fish, shrimp, scallops, crab, potatoes and vegetables.
Our signature blends do not contain salt. This way you are free to add as much spice as you like without getting too much salt. We recommend you add 1/2 teaspoon salt per tablespoon of spice as a starting place. Add more as needed.
