FLAVORS OF INDIA, one of our signature spice blends
This curry blend contains coriander, mustard, cumin, turmeric, fennel, cardamom, ginger and cayenne and is lighter and less pungent than other curry powders. It can be used in marinades, dressings, sauces, rice and grains. As with all curries, we recommend cooking or applying heat to extract its sweet perfume and nutty flavors. When using in an uncooked product, like dressing or a curry mayonnaise, allow the flavors to meld and bloom before serving about 15-20 minutes.
