GRILLED STEAK 2
Use skirt steak, flank, hanger or flat iron cuts.
1 tablespoon flavors for frying
- 1 tablespoon fennel pollen
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound steak
Combine spices and salt. Rub into one side of the steak(s). Refrigerate while they marinate for up to 2 hours before grilling. At service massage oil into seasoned side of the steak(s). Grill on high heat until well browned and marked well about 3 minutes. Turn and leave for about 2 minutes on the second side. Remove to plate. Rest 5-9 minutes before serving.
