SORBET, LEMON OR ORANGE
1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup lemon/orange juice (fresh)/or fresh pineapple juice
- 1 Tablespoon lemon/orange zest
Bring sugar and water to boil to dissolve sugar. Add juice and zest. Bring back to boil. Cool. Churn according to your machine directions.
