QUINOA, SIMPLE Unseasoned for Fried Rice
Use this recipe when you just want to add quinoa to white rice for fried rice.
- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups water
Place quinoa in saucepan. Add water. Bring to boil. Turn down to simmer until tender and kernels burst, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and pan out onto shallow sided cookie sheet to cool completely in the refrigerator. When cold, use in your fried rice.
