STRAWBERRY BALSAMIC DESSERT SALAD
This goes well with Buttermilk Panna Cotta.
2 pints strawberries, washed, hulled and quartered
- 2 Tablespoon aged balsamic
- 1-3 teaspoons blue agave syrup (depending upon sweetness of berries)
- 1 leaves basil, chiffonade
- pinch salt
1/2 cup candied hazelnuts to garnish
Prepare berries. Combine strawberries with the balsamic, agave, and salt. Let stand 30 minutes at RT. Chiffonade basil and add to berries. Serve with nuts.
