WILD KING SALMON
block cut coriander-sea salt rub and quick seared!
8 oz salmon, block cut
- As needed EVOO
- As needed sea salt, ground pepper and ground coriander
- As needed, fennel pollen or ground fennel seed
Prepare salmon by brushing with EVOO and seasoning one side; preheat pan or grill; sear salmon seasoned side down; cook 2 minutes; turn over and cook approximately 2 – 3 minutes to cook other side; serve immediately. *Cooking time will vary depending on side and thickness of fish.
