FLAVORS OF BRITTANY
Although a very simple combination, the anise and citrus notes lend themselves to many dishes, both plants and animal proteins. We find this blend is often the pinch we need to take ordinary to extraordinary, giving new life to everyday dishes. It may even transport you to Brittany, France, if you are lucky.
- 5 teaspoons ground fennel seed
- 3 teaspoons ground dried orange peel
- 3/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
Blend together and store in air tight dry container.
